Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days.
• Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available at checkout).
• Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad). Check product page for eligibility.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹500.
• Flat Rate: ₹100 for orders below ₹500.
• Weight-Based Charges: Orders above 5 kg may incur additional shipping fees.

Serviceable Areas

• Domestic: We ship across all 29 states and 8 Union Territories in India.
• International: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Local Delivery

• Delhi NCR Customers: Enjoy free same-day delivery on select items. Look for the “Same-Day Delivery” badge on product pages.
• Local Pickup: Available in Delhi NCR. Choose “Pickup from Store” at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
• Track your order anytime on our Order Tracking Page.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: 7 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Process: Initiate returns through our Returns Portal.
